Does Energy Follow Health Care?

President Obama warrants criticism for his many misguided policy measures. However, you cannot fault him for failing to push hard for these mistaken notions.

Consider what he accomplished on the health care front. In the face of a major political defeat in Massachusetts, mounting opposition in the polls, members of his own party staring at defeat this coming November, and his plan making no economic sense whatsoever, the President still got it through Congress.

If he could make a vast expansion of government control over our health care system a reality - i.e., over one-sixth of our economy - what else might he accomplish?
