Anti-Small Business Week?

From May 23-29, it's National Small Business Week. This provided another opportunity for elected officials and their appointees - including the Obama administration - to celebrate the entrepreneur and say how much they are doing to help small business.

This is pretty typical activity for Small Business Week. And it's also not unusual to hear pro-small business rhetoric emanating from politicians who push policies that are distinctly anti-small business. Unfortunately, that is the case this year perhaps more than any other in recent memory.
