Economic Fallout from Internet Regulation
Flying directly in the face of sound economics and a common sense understanding of how government regulation works (or more accurately, fails to work), the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), under the leadership of Chairman Julius Genachowski, continues to push relentlessly towards imposing net neutrality regulation on broadband Internet service providers.
