SCOTUS: We'll call it a "tax" even if the President won't

The Supreme Court of the United States called the individual mandate what the President refused to call it -- a "tax."

U.S. SUPREME COURT: “…the shared responsibility payment may for constitutional purposes be considered a tax… read as imposing a tax on those who go without insurance.”

According to CBO, 75% of the individual mandate penalty (oops -- tax) falls on those making less than $250,000.

The individual mandate was already unpopular, and so will this tax increase on Americans who can't afford insurance.  President Obama will have to defend both.
