President Obama and Democratic leaders twisted arms and made promises to get big government health care narrowly through the U.S. House of Representatives.

Now, the hard part comes for those of us in the real world. That is, dealing with the many and significant costs to be imposed. Obviously, small businesses owners - the innovators and job creators in our economy - will get hit hardest.
