Technology & Entrepreneurs: Strong IP Protection and Collaboration

Life, the world and the economy work far better when property rights are clearly defined. Among the benefits derived are vastly enhanced creativity, innovation, invention, technological progress, economic development and growth, as well as job creation.

But strong property rights protections are not just about stopping theft. They also are about promoting and expanding cooperation and partnerships in the economy. After all, when confident that one's property - including intellectual property (IP) - is being protected, the opportunity for working with other innovators and businesses expands.
